Good Hands.

Leaving your infant with someone else for the first time is one of the hardest things a parent does. We know that. Our infant classroom was built around that exact feeling — to give you peace of mind and give your baby a warm, safe, nurturing place to grow.

We accept infants starting at 6 weeks old.

Foundation of Excellence

Exceptional care tailored to the most delicate stage of life.

What Does a Day in Infant Care Look Like?

Infants do not all eat, sleep or develop on the same schedule, so good infant care should never feel like a one-size-fits-all classroom. Our teachers work with each baby's individual routine while providing a calm, predictable environment throughout the day. Parents receive updates through the Lillio app covering feedings, naps, diaper changes and photos, so you do not have to wonder how your baby's day is going. Our low 1:4 teacher-to-infant ratio also gives caregivers more opportunity to notice individual cues, respond quickly and spend meaningful one-on-one time with each child.

Calm & Nurturing Environment

Our classrooms are designed to be a peaceful sanctuary. We emulate a quiet atmosphere to ensure your infant feels safe and secure throughout their day.

What Parents Are Saying

We LOVE Scottsdale! Our daughter has been in their care since she was two months old. Our baby clearly loves going to school — she grins at the teachers whenever we drop her off and is always in a great mood when we pick her up.”

— Natalie Kato

I just dropped off my daughter for her last day at Scottsdale Academy, which she has been attending since she was 3-months old. From being a new mom, leaving my infant daughter with strangers for the first time… they have made my daughter and I feel welcome, valued, cared for, and loved.”

— Jason Roland

What Should You Look for in an Infant Daycare?

When comparing daycares that take infants, the basics matter. Ask how many babies each caregiver is responsible for, how the center communicates with parents, how feeding and sleep routines are handled, what qualifications the caregivers have and how babies transition into the next classroom. At Scottsdale Academy, infant care includes a 1:4 teacher-to-child ratio, trained caregivers, daily Lillio updates and a transition process planned with both teachers and parents. Infants typically begin moving into the Toddler program around their first birthday, based on developmental readiness and classroom availability. A tour is also important. Infant daycare can look very different from one center to another, and visiting gives you the chance to see the classroom environment, meet the staff and ask the questions that matter most to your family.
