Assessments
Within the first thirty-days, of the new academic year, we do in-house assessments based on the Creative Curriculum for each child to ascertain what goals they have already mastered and what goals to continue working on. The teachers use them to reference throughout the academic year for lesson planning and do a final assessment for parents one month before the academic year is complete. You will notice that teachers communicate frequently about achievements and goals they are working on in the classroom. We arrange parent conferences as needed/requested to discuss a child's progress or concerns anytime during the year.
